Ariana Montoya

Ariana Montoya is a director, producer, actress, singer, playwrite, community organizer, activist and anything else she chooses to put her mind to in the future.

She is incredibly proud of her roots: her family being from Colombia and Venezuela, and her hometown being Elizabeth, New Jersey, USA. Ariana has been wanting to be on stage since that time she stood in front of a church choir to make up her own music. Since then she found her love for theater doing high school musicals, and slowly tried her hand at every other job in the theater.

In May of 2024 she graduated from NYU Tisch Drama with a BFA in Theater and Minors in Applied Theater, Producing, and Business Entertainment and Media Technology. When she’s not doing theater you can find her making music and shenanigans with her punk rock emo band: Eating Out Your Girlfriend.

Ariana wishes to elevate communities and bring them together via joy and performance. Through art, care, kindness, and determination, she hopes to leave the world better than how she found it. Explore more of her journey on instagram @ari.ana.montoya or on this very website!
